mixed stay. issues with service and some amenities
slow servicehigh prices
The rooftop bar was a letdown. service was slow, and the drinks did not justify their high prices. the swimming pool staff also seemed overwhelmed. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get a simple juice. this is not the level of service i expect, especially given the cost.

the breakfast had a superb selection. one of us needs gluten-free food and the staff accommodated this request. the rooms are spacious too.
i was waiting for a desk to open. a woman walked right up to the agent but he saw i was waiting. he served her instead of informing her of the queue, which wasn't very courteous. the GM didn't think any of these were a big deal
